Porsche 964 Metal 3D-Printed Exhaust

A complete exhaust system for the Porsche 964, designed in CAD and metal 3D printed in 304 stainless steel in-house at Rival Autohaus. Equal-length step headers keep exhaust gas velocity up and pulse timing even across the RPM range, merging into a collector built around the 964 engine layout. Additive manufacturing lets us print smooth internal transitions and repeatable geometry that hand-bent tube can't match, with OEM-grade fitment on the 964 chassis. Paired with our slim slip-over tips, the car keeps its factory look out back.
