The Rival Autohaus X-Pipe is metal 3D printed from 304 stainless steel and designed around a true X-merge geometry to improve exhaust scavenging efficiency. The central intersection allows exhaust pulses from opposing banks to converge and assist one another, promoting balanced pressure distribution and increased gas velocity while minimizing pulse interference.
The optimized internal geometry supports smooth flow characteristics across the operating range, contributing to consistent exhaust behavior and improved throttle response. Additive manufacturing enables precise control of the merge profile and internal transitions that are not achievable through conventional fabrication methods.

These step headers are fully engineered and manufactured using metal 3D printing in 304 stainless steel, developed specifically for the Porsche 964 platform to optimize exhaust flow, pulse timing, and thermal stability.
Each primary runner features a step-header architecture designed to maintain exhaust gas velocity as volume increases, improving scavenging efficiency across the RPM range. Equal-length runners ensure consistent exhaust pulse timing before merging into a precision-engineered collector tailored for the 964 engine layout.
Metal additive manufacturing enables complex internal geometry, smooth internal transitions, and repeatable dimensional accuracy beyond traditional fabrication methods. The result is a structurally uniform, high-temperature–resistant header system designed for motorsport-level performance and OEM-grade fitment on the 964 chassis.

Our Porsche 964 tips are metal 3D printed in 304 stainless steel to deliver a true OEM-plus appearance while supporting custom rear section exhaust configurations.
Designed for owners who want to retain the factory 964 look, these tips slim fit over 2.5” to 3.0” exhaust tips, allowing modern or custom exhaust systems to visually integrate seamlessly with the original rear valance.
Each piece is CAD-engineered and digitally manufactured for precise fitment, clean edges, and long-term durability. The slim-profile design maintains proper clearance while preserving the classic factory proportions of the 964.
